are the 285/75R16s equivalent to the 32s? im mostly just trying to make it beefier looking. doesnt have to be 33's necessarily. if i go with the smaller tire will i still need to cut anything or will i be good?

I have a 99 4runner with a 3 inch Toytec lift. I want to upgrade my tires to 33/12.5/15...does anyone know if those will fit? its mostly just for looks and light off-roading.
also, what rims do I get to go with them? backspacing etc...im new to all this so please help!!! :)
