sounds like it may be time to call the credit card company and also file a report with the BBB.

i too am having some trouble here. placed order weeks ago and had to finally send an email threatining to call my credit card company and cancel the order if i didnt see it soon. they shipped the next day and sent a shipping confirmation #. the order was for a 2/1 kit and today it shows up...

yep, had mine replaced yesterday, new cats & pipe assy. i have 2006 v6 sport. if i get a chance ill snap a pic of what was replaced.
