I did the above service Tim demonstrates in the video. Although my screen was OK (not good or bad), I was really happy with now having a completely clean screen and new fluid. No issues at all and STILL clean fluid.

Aside from Shrockworks being stupid in how they handled all of this, those letters are laughable. I would throw those letters away and easily get them removed from any credit agency if they appeared. Those letters are just scare tactics in hopes they can regain some of their money.

That's the kind of adventure that would be fun, even if there were a few hiccups along the way :)

That actually looks really clean and quite nice. Even more impressive is your ability to re-purpose something made for something else. Although I didn't re-purpose my roof rack, like you, I made my own and spent $300 on making it (not counting the fairing). Glad I didn't spend $1K+.
