You've probably got a broken wire in the door harness. Your going to need to open it up. Usually, the break is in the jam area where the movement is. regards

I believe they were the 255 units. You'll find the sag is not just due to the poor spring quality from Toyota. It's also due to the bushing failure in the rear control arms as well. So, you might consider a rear suspension rebuild while your in there. regards
