The best thing to do in the snow is air down. I regulary snow wheel in 4'+ and the best thing you can do is air down, way down. Without beadlocks 6psi is a safe number as long as you aren't bouncing around in the ditches. the bigger the contact patch, the more traction and flotation you have.

Brian is right, these abs units need to be bench bled. They're a pain, and I typically delete abs because it can be dangerous when off-roading.

You can search for more specific size mattresses meant for rvs. I built a platform for my land cruiser and went this route. Nice, thick, and has a washable cover. When its just me, I use a tri fold mat that is pretty comfy.

Here in the PNW you can't find 4runners with that mileage anymore for under 9k.. I got mine with two cracked heads for 3k lol. Atleast its pretty clean!
