I'd go with the 4R. You won't pay half as much to fix it unfit breaks, you won't be afraid to break it, and it probably won't break as often. Plus, the mods are endless.

Yeah could be. Whenever the 22R/RE's had idle and dying issues I always went to the vacuum tubes first. Then checked the TPS (throttle position sensor), then everything else. Go with the last repair made since it was running fine. Good luck. Let us know!

Check all your vacuum lines for sure. Check for tears or cracks and just replace them all to start. Great looking rig btw. I can't wait to do some of the tricks you have

There's a "Kayline" brand one on eBay right now. Looks like it's white. If I had a white T4R I'd contemplate it. Gonna call ST in the morning and order a top now.
