Yes, 80/20 for the cross slats and I'm thinking 1/4" Al flat bar for where they connect on the sides. Maybe something thinner still trying to decide on the that as well as the height of the side plates.

Any suggestion on where I could find good a good mount for a custom rack? I would like to avoid the $30/ea prinsu chargers for theirs.
