Yes the drive belt tensioner pulley bolt is a left hand thread bolt.

Left handed thread means that turning the bolt to the left(counter clockwise) will tighten the bolt, and in this case move the tensioner pulley to allow install/removal of the drive belt and turning it right(clockwise) will loosen the bolt.
