Do you use liquid filled air fresheners the stick into the vents? Toyota has released a TSB (T-SB-0101-11) for what causes most lock actuators to fail.

This is my drivers side, happened about a month ago. Not sure if it's repairable or not. So any help/info for my 2001 is appreciated.

This is a picture of my drivers side rear control arm which is separated happen last month. I'm debating what to do. This is a 2001 SR5 sound mechanical condition. I really don't know if this is repairable or not anyone's help is appreciated.
