Ah gotcha thanks, probably need seperate the wires for that switch from the rest by cut the tape holding all the switch wires for the dash buttons and route the switch to the center console. I'll have a look in a couple of days to see if it's worth the effort.

Man how did you relocate the Inverter button? I'd love to do this as having the button on the left dash makes zero sense since the plug is in the glove box.

I did the exact same except I wasn't smart enough to buy nylon locking nuts (just regular nuts with threadlocker). I did however also buy the Ram mount double sided tape to add additional strength. Had it mounted for my entire trip to Alaska including driving the crater filled Dalton Highway...

The C59-350 is a 730lb coil according to Mike... that's a hell of a beefy coil. My buddy has OME 886 coils up front which is a 660lb coil and he's running a winch and ARB bumper. 730lb seems excessive for a CO bumper which is much lighter than a ARB.

Yup, took my dash apart to install a ram mount. When I put every back together the climate readout and all 4 of the button lights stopped working. Replaced the bulbs and all was good. I think the bulbs are just fragile and being a bit aggressive with remove and reinstall broke the filaments.

So what are the odds of Doug Thorley making another batch of the long tubes? I wasn't ready to pull the trigger last year but with my cats failing I think it's time to swap em out for some long tubes.

There is your answer. Your V8 has full time 4WD so there is a variable split of power to the front and rear drive shafts when the Torsen center differential is unlocked. Since the differential is unlocked, power will always go to the path of least resistance and in this case, sounds like...

The 3 nuts/bolts behind your shackles... you can add 1-3 washers between the bumper and frame on the top and 2nd bolt to tilt the bumper forward and eliminate the gap. Coastal Offroad themselves suggested this and even slotted the 22mm bolt to accommodate this.
