i have the same issue with the fine / not fine P0306. I'll get the misfire, turn the car off, turn it back on, and then the misfire is gone. all within 5-10 seconds. Any explanation or remedy for this? I don't understand how a bad headgasket would sometimes be problematic and other times not...
