Never mind, found it... It was taped up very high, against a thick harness, which obscured the plug. The plug was on the side of the harness facing the exterior of the vehicle. Here's a picture of it, in case anyone else ever has this trouble:

Yeah... You should still be OK with the y-pipe and exhaust though. The long tube headers are the only thing that causes a problem. Gadget informed me that the O2 simulator was under development, but there's no ETA.
