My take on #2 is that the mirrors are worthless. I liked the idea of being able to use them when backing up but the reflection is not clear at all and I've given up trying to think they're worthwhile, haha.

I believe Dobinsons and Toytec have what you're looking for. They're listed in mm not inches however.
