Thanks will give it a try. Pretty frustrating this as all Toyota dealers I speak to (in Australia) seem to have no knowledge of this unit - very strange!!

Sat Nav is not standard to Rav4 but standard on Sienna and other 4 wheel drive models. It was installed after purchase of the car but the operators manual is missing.

Anyone know where I can get an instruction/operators manual for the 86120-08170 sat nav unit installed in my Rav4??
