I have the Fat Cat 6 on my Trail using the factory crossbars. I have had all kinds of skis on mine without a problem, including some with some pretty tall risers. The Fat Cat has built-in tilt bars in case you need the extra height, but you shouldn't. Mine clears my garage with no problem, as well.

Same here. The drivers side seems slightly worse than the rest of the windshield. Sounds like more towards the bottom than top. EDIT: BTW, good find on the TSB. I can see that problem causing the noise we are hearing. I would think they would have addressed the issue with the new body style...

Sorry, upon looking at the parts catalog it appears the emblem is separate from the pull assembly. They list the part as "Nameplate (Adhesive)", so I'm guessing that it's glued or taped down. I've never pulled mine, so these are guesses based on looking at paper. EDIT: jca beat me to the...

From looking at the repair manual, it appears that there are 4 nuts on the back of the emblem holding it on. I'd assume removing rear door panels would allow access to this. I've attached what I'm seeing...

I meant to specify, when rotating the front propeller shaft, the twisting force is pretty decent and going back and forth from "clunk to clunk". From "clunk to clunk" I have around the 20 degree total play. I did check the rear diff, which is a little more difficult without removing the drive...
