There is a whole list of items it could be. If you are thinking fuel try spraying some carb cleaner in it while someone tries to start it if it starts up and runs than at least you know for sure it is in the fuel system somewhere. Next would be to check fuel pressure, or just jump to checking...

This is the same in Oklahoma

V6 and HP Fronts are the same. The 4 cylinder thirds are different.

I thought it was mainly a 3.0 issue.

It took a 3" block to level it out.

I might of missed it, but which bilsteins are you running in the front?

4" in the front, and in my opinion to tall. I am running chevy 63" springs in the back with a lift block to match the front. Plan on lowering a couple inches soon.

My 91 sits a little tall for my liking (Hard for a fat boy to get in).
