Thanks for the advice. The service rep said that the reason it will need to be replaced is because after they refilled it and drove it, it was still slipping. I will go ahead and have them drop the pan and change the filter, etc. and we will see what happens.
Well, I meant that it was dark outside. I guess to be specific, it was really dusk. That was why I didn't realize right away that it was red in coloring. I'm going to talk to them tomorrow and I'll definitely mention everything that I've read here as far as making sure that it's been refilled...
