I had the same problem, Then took out the 1.2k resistors and put in 470's. After doing a quick calculation with the LED's I bought off Ebay, 470-500 ohm resistors is what works perfect. Every LED's tolerance of voltage is different, So get a resistor calculated for the LED's you buy.

Maybe I'm a re****, but I didint see any links in this thread for a place to buy these led's?
