I have an '04 with the same problem. I fell outside the tsb, but my dealer replaced my cat anyway. That didn't fix the problem. I'm pressing the dealership for a solution and the service manager is meeting with a Toyota rep tomorrow to discuss it. Has anyone tried to fix the problem...
