I too have been having this noise problem on my 06 V8 sr5 and I though maybe it was the heat, where I live in New Mexico it's been hitting 102° on the regular. It almost sounds like a cold start. When I checked fluids and belts everything was fine though. Now I'll check the fan clutch.

Did u level out the truck, or do any other lifting? I've got a stock 06 4runner and was thinking about putting the same size tires what size is that?
