    Best Headlight Restoration Kit?

Any plastic polishing will work. Or just get compound and a buffer and you will be fine. (Repeat steps every 6-12 months lol) If it isn't that bad, then use glaze compound.

Heat gun to "bend" bumper instead of cutting all the way

I originally wanted to use a heat gun to bend the bumper but in the end, it barely did anything and it wasn't worth the extra hassle so I trimmed the bumper in the end and used the heat gun to push the inner fender liner more in. Long story short... Just cut/trim.

    Alternative tire sizes

Go 265/70/17 because it is cheap and very common, also gives you some extra ground clearance as well as it is wide enough as well so it doesn't look like pizza cutters. If you have a lift or plan to lift, go 285/70/17 because it will never be wide enough lol. You will always want wider and bigger.

Lift Gate - brake light, wiper, window, defogger, etc. won't work

You will need to do the computer reset thing. Where you open your sunroof and close it a few times, lower your liftgate window and raise it a few times and as well as driver window to re-activate all these features again.

NEED HELP (Tire size, Wheel offset, Lift?)

Depends on the build you want. If you want to have options to upgrading to bigger tires in the future without running any wheel spacers. My suggestion is the following: 1) 18" wheel x 9" (or at least 8.5" wide) 2) 20" wheel x 9" (or at least 8.5" wide) 3) for both wheels, find an offset...

08 sport cranks but doesnt start

If you still have the Panasonic battery. Most likely it is getting tired and doesn't hold enough amps to start the car. If not, then it could be your fusible links or your starter is tired (but judging from what you said that it cranks strong. I doubt it) And then last but not least, maybe...

    Can someone confirm...wheel offset

You should be fine and sitting similar to stock sr5 or sports 17s. If you plan to get a wider tire, it will most likely rub. I am currently running 20x9 0mm offset with 265 tires. And it sits flush flush.

    Fender liner mod

http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/256813-front-bumper-trimming-dummies-pictures-super-detailed-diy.html Use a heat gun to push the fender liner in first and see if that solves the issue, if not you drill in a new hole and put screwable clips and you push the fender liner forward and...

    Battery sizes ... I just don't understand.

You can always go for group 49 battery, it fits in the 4runner without any mods. Only thing it is a bit wider than stock and will sit off the rim/lip of the battery tray but.. you get 850-950cca and around 900-1050amps with usually 150-200mins reserve run time.

[preferably Canadian] 06-09 owners with Auto light, pls advise

DRL on the 06-09 runners are the turn signal lights. Once you are on auto it is like you turning on the light at night yourself. Once dark enough, it will immediately turn off the turn signal light and turn on your low beams along with your side marker lights/parking lights.

    17” SCS SR8 or ICON Rebound pictures/figment

It is probably rubbing on either the front fender liner or that small inner lip of the bumper which may require some trimming. And possibility the front mudflaps. Here is a trimming guide for you...

    Wheel offset

Im glad I can help. Also worst case that may happen, is you may need to do some light trimming on your bumper and heat gun press on the fender liner and also probably removal of mud flaps.

    Wheel offset

    1) 9.5" wide wheel 2) negative offset or else you will need wheel spacers to prevent rubbing (also to clear the tire away from UCA and strut ) 3) I would assuming less than 4" because I have a 31.9" tire and I need backspacing of 4.5-5" (-10mm to 0mm offset on a 9" wide wheel)
