I'd just like to point out how visually misleading this graph is. The base of the graph is 96%, not 0% like one might subconsciously think. Doesn't discredit it, just look at it closely.

This was my guess, some sort of a little filter for a vac line or something. I looked all around and couldn't find anything that looked strange. I guess ill have to give it a better look. Never seen anything like this before.
