Most of the certified Pre owned are as much as a negotiated brand new 4Runner. I would either buy new, or 2-3 years old from a private seller.

I wouldn’t pay $1500 in dealer fees. Just some Voodoo math to make you think you have to pay it.

This site and the Tundra forum have really helped me. Local dealer wouldn’t budge more than $400. I used TruCar in a couple zip codes asking dealers prices. I was initially going to follow the other advice of telling dealers what I could get at dealer X and see what kind of bidding war...
