I use my fog lights in the rain, snow, or of course, fog. Other than that, I just leave em off.

Hey guys, just got my new '07 4Runner SR5 4WD (V6), and I love it. Just one quick question. When I'm stopped, doesn't matter if it's in Park, Reverse, Drive, whatever, as long as I'm stopped and the engine is on, I feel a slight vibration in the steering wheel and a little bit on the floor...
