Well pick up the truck last night from the shop and the mechanic says that couldn't find anything wrong that it has to be the wrong gear ratios. He didn't check the any fluids I'll check on those and maybe change them out with correct weight. Other than I have no clue I hope its not my transfer...

The shop who installed the rear end didn't work on the front end at all. After I had rear end installed drove home happy and a clam. The very next morning I took it the other shop who removed the stripped plugs. I didn't have a chance to notice the problem before or after each job!
