Tell them to use 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser to work with your vehicle. Same sensors. This is what I did when I installed aftermarket sensors on my 2020. No problem.

Then you will quickly come to the conclusion that your options are limited by the stock wheel width. 275/55/20 is possible but it is out of most tire manufacturer recommandations. A picture from jasehock in another thread.

If you only want wider tires you can go 265/70/17. Here is my Nightshade with winter tires on 17x8 wheels.

Congratulations on your new Toy ! I would let the dealer look at it... it is not normal ! It's probably something minor like a heat shield but it's definitely not normal.
