Looking for a cheap 1996+ V6 4runner with a blown motor but cant seem to find any. If anyone has one up for sale or knows of one please respond.

There was a sticky with a link that showed detail changes in each year of the 4runners. Does anyone know the link? I search couldnt find anything.

I love these cars, but when I drove it, they sure dont seem to stable. I mean feels like you can jerk the steering wheel and it seems like this vehicle would flip. Maybe its because I'm used to driving vehicles closer to the ground, but I'm not sure. So whats the rollover ratings for these...

I see a local 4runner in my area for not a bad price. Comes with lots of goodies but the only thing is that its a 4cylinder. I would like something more than the 150HP I get from the 4cylinder and you can't swap it to a v6 easily or supercharge it, so what are some mods I can do to get this...

Could this be done with little or no modifications? I guess if that could be done could a V8 be dropped in?

Thanks for the input guys. A 4WD vehicle would be nice but I dont live in the snow but do go up there for snowboarding sometimes. I'm going to probably scope out some auto auctions and see if there is anything good and get a feeling for the prices which is probably my best bet. But if not does...
