Do you know if xp5 mini model could jump 4runner with its 150amps? Or we would need at least a 200amp xmp3?

Did you have the check engine on as well? I have all 3 on for the last month, hoping it being the cc sensor. Its even better if its the gas cap :D

Did put those lbj dust covers on a year ago. Cant confirm any impact on the life of the dam thing, but they look pretty useless if you ask me. Up side, definitely gives some extra protection to the boot. Down side, you cant see it, therefore check it like you could before.

2001 4Runner Changed oil and reused the original washer. I guess it was a crush washer, so it started leaking. Got some "genuine" washer off ebay, said it was teflon. Installed it, and still leaking, maybe even worse than before. Tried another teflon off the same package, still leaking...

Job done, changed them both yesterday. Took me around 3 hours. The "dust cover" was a waste, and might be even better not to use them. The puller was a must in my case, otherwise it would not come out. Rented from o'reileys for free. Feel much safer now...

Also, this is the dust cover for lbj. It seems to fit tight around the boot.

You can have all the tools and parts available, but can never be ready w/o any beer in the fridge... Order said OEM, "Toyota OEM" all around the package. Just wanted to learn any tricks if available to spot an OEM part, in case anybody else needs it.

Received the parts just today. Is this oem Toyota part? How to tell?

Dealer will make you a new copy in couple mins for around 10 bucks if you go with your registration. I would try that before diving into something that would require a lot of time and money.
