Vsc off, vsc trac just bought a 2007 4runner SR5, V6 engine a few weeks ago. as I was driving I started noticing VSC OFF, VSC TRAC light shows up and also the check engine light. What does this mean? Is that why previous owner sold this car? Thank you all

RSCA indicator shows up I just bought 2007 4runner SR5 about 2 weeks ago and today when I started driving RSCA OFF sign/light shows up. I tried to find any switch but no luck.Is this something I can ignore or I should take the car to a mechanic? Is it dangerous if I ignore?thanks
