yeah those are the switches for the phone and voice command. if you are looking for the part # it's: 84244-35030-B0 (the -B0 is for the stone gray color). if you need the tan color, you can call and ask. I ordered mine from Toyotaoemparts.com and it was $57.00

After reading a ton of posts, I found out that the amp location is behind the cargo panel. What is the easiest way to remove the panel without scratching and breaking something. I need to open it up to see if I need to replace the amp so I can connect the OEM Navigation unit.
