Supposed to be solid. Or at least has in every other one I've seen with a locker

I've done that mod. It seems to engage and disengage fine just never goes solid and is always flashing.

98 runner. When I turn the rear locker on it seems to engage and disengage fine and quickly but the light never stops flashing. Not sure if maybe it's not engaged 100% or what the issue could be

How did u get that nut to break free OP? I'm dealing with same issues trying to remove thermostat housing. That nut stripped

That's what I'm leaning towards. The PO replaced 2 of the injectors but I dont know what his symptoms were. Any way to narrow it down to which injectors are going bad?

Well I finally got around to testing fuel pressure to get to bottom of my problem. I ordered connecter and rented brand new fuel pressure tester from autozone. I think something was wrong or I didnt do it right but I cant figure out what was wrong. After turning key to on I didnt get a fuel...

Timmy's videos have easily saved be thousands I would have been paying in labor to a shop if I couldn't do the jobs myself. I just have to add 3 hours to every job because I'm in Nebraska and everything gets rusty lol

Replaced pcv valve and havent had the issue since. Could that have been the problem or maybe its just a coincidence it's not doing it after I replaced that part. Wont hold my breath.

Did u have the rough idle during every cold start? Mine seems pretty random to whether it does it or not. I will monitor coolant very closely and look into getting that adapter.

What exactly does testing fuel pressure even all tell you? Leak in injector? Leak in fuel rail?

I have a tiny leak out of backside of valve covers. Not to where I have to top off between oil changes or anything tho

Any good guides on testing fusk pressure? From what I remember checking it on these trucks are kind of a pain right? Would a fuel pressure problem automatically point to bad HG?

Trying to rule out headgasket. Checked exhaust color and smell on cold start this morning and nothing. I guess it could still be a tiny leak tho idk. It also didnt have the rough idle. If it was headgasket wouldn't I be getting the rough idle every single cold start?
