Had the exact same noise described in the TSB002615 front differential groaning/grinding cyclical noise. Rode with the technican and he confirmed it was a bad differential. Cause was "filings throughout carrier"

2015 stock... just hit 20k miles and got the front differential replaced. After driving 1k miles a new noise popped up....

Mine is 2015 and no leak on the transfer case. But the front differential has been replaced......

so much cheaper than OEM wheels.. 600 each for trail n sr5 and 700 for limited diligent1 could you check if your pro has kdss? Thanks

been to mapleridge, burnaby and north vancouver ones. north van good. Burnaby avoid... mapleridge not bad... Just pick one that has lots experience on 4runner or where you see lots 4runner on its lot the cost is bit different too $5~10

Yellow spots still remains on mine. Got little bit better, but I can still see them. Probably bulbs are made in china... i guess... I also have one with Xenon depot extreme kit. Way easier to install since I do not have to deal with the bulky relay harness... Have not noticed yellow spots for...

Better to stick with stock wheels or find someone who willing to trade which is hard to do in BC

It is normal. The black paint will eventually peel off due to that rust... My recommendation is spraying on Rust Cure Formula 3000 or Fluid Film Rust and Corrosion Prevention.
