Rim bubbling solution: Powercoat?
I paid $150 (cash discount) to have 5 wheels done. I know you're on the wrong side of the country but for local pacific northwesters i took mine to C&T Powder Coating in Olympia, Wa. It took a week or so but i was very happy with how they turned out- aquabox

Powder coating I purchased a set of 5 FJ Cruiser wheels for my 200 tundra originally had them powder coated black and they are now on my 05 4runner and have over 60k miles and look great! i don't do alot of off roading but I am a huge fan of powder coating wheels. Brakes Also! if you have a Les Schwab locally, they typically do "Free Brake Inspections" i have taken advantage of this just to get a diagnosis to problems and then fix it myself! Super quick and best of all, FREE- aquabox

forgot to add that i welded the skull onto the sheet metal.. NEXT is some Hella supertone horns to go behind the grill.. going to look pretty good. Thinking about two kits... so a total of 4 red horns behind the grill. -

emblem I purchased the skull at a swap meet last summer, they are steel, not sure if they are cut out with a waterjet or CNC machine.. I've got a couple left though, I plan on making one for the back now too. Anyways after wondering what to do with it I Just picked up some 16 or 18 gauge...
