I think you may be right. Looks like their customer service may be catching up. I finally got a response and they are sending me new brackets that will push the light bar slightly forward to compensate for those upright bars.

Just got my Victory 4x4 rear bumper and swing out installed, finally getting my spare off of the roof. Ended up changing out my rear springs since the added weight of the bumper dropped the back about an inch and a half.
