Yes that would do it!! . I would replace everything and forget about it, buy once cry once.

I do my own oil changes, so just the cost of oil and filter.

Unless the ebay seller was a Toyota dealer it's very possible it could be counterfeit, lots and lots of that happening on ebay, so the only way to ensure it's genuine is to buy from a dealer selling on ebay.

If you want to ensure that any part number that someone may give is correct you may want to tell everyone what year and model your 5 gen is, part numbers can change in 15 years!

People won't use this engine any different than engines of the past, so that's the kinds of use it has to endure, will it survive is the question.
