Yeah my 2020 also consumes a small amount of coolant over some thousands of miles. I can even smell it in the engine bay after driving for several hours. I think it comes out of the vent hole in the overflow tank cap because I can see a little pink crust there.

I have the TRD skid and like it. Toyota has parts sales occasionally with free shipping, and you can search for the dealer with the best pricing. I picked up mine for $254 shipped a couple of Novembers ago.
