I’ve started my install tonight.

An Evo in its natural habitat! Ha That is an Evo you’re hiding, up on jack stands right? My shocks arrived yesterday and I picked them up. Placed order on 03/05/18 arrived on 03/15/18 May not get around to installing them until next weekend.

Toyota just called! My shocks are no on the way after hi-jacking a vin from auto trader. Summary: about a two week delay if buyers are required to supply a vin number.

Toyota called me today. They have to do a corporate override on these allocations for the TRD shocks. Corp is really cracking down on these shocks sales- they assured me that it’s being pushed though. Now it’s a waiting game. They were suppose to be here tomorrow....

It’s the Toyota Police. I haven’t been told “nope” yet-

Thank you for the pictures of the install. I've placed my order today and should receive this kit before the end of the week. (Fingers Crossed) I don't receive a call telling me I can't have these. Or that I need a VIN #. etc.

I would like to see how the installation of this kit goes too. EDIT: I own a 2014 TR5 4runner, and I'm going to pull the trigger on a kit once its confirmed it can be installed on a 5th gen.

Hello, I registered last month. Just have not made a post just yet. So here is my first post on the form. I purchased last month a 2001 4runner with 79,000 miles on it. Right away a had to get tires for it. I had a set of Michelin TX M/S2's installed. I don't plan on doing a lot off off road...
