Agreed! What I am most annoyed about is that I paid extra for this service and really do feel I should get a refund on that service. I am not sure what it is going to cost for another company to strip and redo but it should not be on me in the first place.
I got mine in last week and finally found time to install only to find that the Powder Coat on mine was sub-par at best. Looks like it was tossed in for packaging was to soon. Both of the sides look like the pic throughout pretty annoyed and will be taking it down to a local shop to be redone...
It's 21in for the 4Runner made by Eclipse Sun Shade. It's held on by double-sided tape both left and right. I had these on my last two vehicles for over 3 years without an issue.

Installed a retractable Sunshade, I have used these in my last 2 vehicles with great success, cheap and very effective.

You can get spring compression loners from most Auto Zones for a small refundable deposit. If you have everything else needed it only makes sense to do the work yourself as its not that hard or time consuming. Good luck...
Not entirely the same but. I had OME and 5100 on my 2012 short bed quad cab 4x4 Tacoma. Was way to stiff on and off road for me esp for what I used it for when off roading. This time around on my 4Runner I will deff not make that mistake and look forward to what others have to say.
Ok that makes sense, I was the opposite KDSS was a necessity for me and leather was a huge no go. I have owned a lot of cars that had leather over the years and in AZ it's just not worth it. Awesome price though and deff a great deal.
