ps where is the oil cooler located on the 3vze?

So the line in pic #1 does go to the power steering pump, and it's showing a major leak, but the fluid level hasn't changed in a couple days. I just purchased a 94 4runner with 175,000 miles, 27,000 on rebuilt motor. And i know that the rear main leaks, that doesn't bother me, but there's two lines that run underneath my fan, i was hoping someone could tell me what these are? please help, thank you

I am now the proud owner of a 94 4runner, and need a fair amount of advice from some veteran owners. I've had more than a couple 4 wheel drives, but never a yota. First off there is a rear sag problem, i just wanna level the rear end out. What replacement springs are recomended? i'm thinking...
