im guessing thats a part that can be cleaned a bit? contact cleaner or something like that to remove any contaminants. maybe ill add that to my periodic maintenance schedule

i was able to finish this project up today. instead of using the tilt switch, i opted for a magnet switch. i put the electrical side of the magnet switch above the rear vents and put a couple neodymium magnets in the arm rest to activate it. had to drill 1 hole where the armrest meets the rear...

i believe it will only be able to get changed at the dealer. maybe they have a few more options they're able to change. i went through all of the categories on the app and double checked for the sunroof tilt option

so i got the obd reader and dled the app on my phone. i was able to change just about every setting i had wanted. the only one i didn't see that i wanted to change was opening all windows with the key function to open the sunroof to a tilt instead of slide open. seatbelt chime was turned off...

want to add something to this thread,dd just ordered an OBD adapter called Carista. has a phone app that can go with it and you can get a free 1 month trial with the purchase of the adapter. apparently you can change these customizable settings through the app. the adapter was only 30 bucks...
