I used JB Weld on the muffler on an old 83 Fox body once and it caught on fire, so I don't know about that. Probably just go to a muffler shop or something and have em slop it up for you.

Based on my experiences, OEM parts can come in a variety of packaging due to different manufacturers or dealer returns or whatever. If you're really concerned, you can always call a local Toyota dealer to check if they have any for comparison in person.
