Air Amplifier- What does it do?

04 Limited- Does it have anything to do with controlling the air mix servo on the drivers side? I have some odd issues going on.

Air Amplifier - 4.7 Limited Dual zone AC

If it were just the blend doors, would it shut down the AC and give me the blinking lights?

Air Amplifier - 4.7 Limited Dual zone AC

Need some help. I have the blinking AC light and no AC. I get heat on the passenger side and most often no heat on the driver side but that is somewhat intermittent. I swapped the relay. The self diagnostic gives me these three codes. Is swapping the air amplifier a reasonable first step to...

    Drivers side blend door

Pretty sure I have a bad one. Very cold air on the drivers side when the heat is on. Passenger side works as it should. Beyond the bad news that it is in the heater box, it seems to be out of stock everywhere. Can a shop with a more advanced scan tool verify that it is bad. What else...

4.7 timing marks. I'm good, right?

Thanks, I'm 99% sure that I am good but with just prying the covers back a bit I can't see how far off the marks would be if anything was a tooth off.

4.7 timing marks. I'm good, right?

So I did the water pump and belt a few months ago. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined but not a mechanic. The timing belt was good when I snapped the tensioner but I never rotated it to verify before closing it up. No CEL and runs ok but paranoia made me check today. This is the best I could...

Winch suggestion for budbuilt hidden mount

The m8000 with wire is in my budget at $750. Prefer to stay under $1000 I don't see any specific winches mentioned by budbuilt other than the m8000 which is 21.04 x 6.3 x 7.6 so I need to stay very close to that size. This is the hidden set up, also can not be intergrated.

Winch suggestion for budbuilt hidden mount

My budbuilt just arrived. It is built to accommodate a warn m8000. Is that big enough for a 4th gen 4.7 with some junk in the trunk? If not suggestions? Physical size needs to be close.

Need Recent Recommendations for Replacement Shocks and Struts

I also just did the Eibach. It isn't what I wanted but everything else was out of stock and my suspension was shot. I'm pretty happy with it but will probably add a 1" spacer under the rear.

Detours of Maine Spare tire hitch mount system

Anybody know if the receiver on the swinging tire mount has a lesser tow rating or toungue weight?

aftermarket wheel question read the sticky

The Suspension/Tire sticky says that aftermarket wheels or spacers will increase rubbing. Can someone elaborate for me? I have an 04 v8 Limited with the a Eibach 2.75 x 1" lift. I may add a 1" spacer lift to the rear. I'm due for tires and wanted to go as big as I can without the body mount...
