Last year I paid $9,500 for my 03 4runner sr5 v6 4x4 with 48k, and in perfect condition. While I think I got an awesome deal, I don't think $15k is unreasonable for an 07 4runner with 70k. Just run the vin number on toyota owners site to see what was done and what is needed to be done.

Yeah, I thought something was wrong with it. Once I logged into toyota owners site, all maintenance was documented. Only item that was missing was a spark plug change at 30k. Sounds like a perfect time to update those shocks to Bilstein 5100's, with some FJ Springs :)

Have you tried changing out the A/C Clutch Relay? It's a $15 part from autozone, or any auto parts store. My A/C stopped working and the AC light would just blink, I changed the part and everything worked again for me.
