i have a 1998 4runner base model. i cant get my rear defroster to work. the light on the dash comes on and i have power to the connectors in the back. by the way what volts should it be at the rear window connectors? i did notice the connectors were un plugged. so i plugged them in with no luck...

does that cover the 4 cylinder also? it looks like its for the v6 only.

thanks is the fuel filter easy to get to if i take the tire off? also on the rear diff ratio. is that the only way to find out the ratio by turning the tire and counting drive shaft rotations? i looked all over the rear diff and did not see any markings.
