I had my CC removed years ago... I live on the fun side of the wall, so, i dont even know if its illegal here or not, the only place I know they have emissions testing is in the big Mexican Cities like Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey.... but in Baja? pppfff i dont think so, in any case...
