Yep, avoid those. They work for many features, but not TMPS. I bought two just like those and junked them.

They were Denso (Pacific) sensors, same as OEM.

I just put on winter tires with all new sensors in my 2020 Limited and the "learn" feature detected them all within 15 minutes of driving. Hooked up Techstream and confirmed it had all the right IDs. (You do have to turn on the detect new sensors feature through the dash menu)

The SR5 has more brake dive and body roll with stock suspension. The xreas is great until it leaks. Expensive to replace with oem xreas. Most tear it out and go aftermarket when that happens.

A good condition 2017 Land Cruiser for that price would be in the 100k mile range. They run a long time, and I'd pick the Cruiser too, but the price for a low mile Cruiser will be a decent amount over $49k.
