I just found out that the factory crossbars allow you to put 132 lbs on the rack. Has anyone ever put more weight on?

chrome I have a chrome grille and chrome door handles and I like the way they look. I do not care for the piece of chrome above my license plate and I would like to replace it with a galactic grey piece. Has anyone ever done this and how much does it cost?
