IIRC it’s a 1/4” rivet

Pretty sure you can just order a new rivet for a few bucks and use your favorite rivet tool to install. I just did a rough search for a fuel door rivet multiple Toyota dealers popped up under $3 good luck.

My experience with aftermarket bumpers isn’t positive at all! Most of them fit like garbage and are definitely flimsier than an oem. Why isn’t repainting the old one an option for you?

Those are usually bolted to the outside of the transmission. The picture in your diagram looks like it is. Should just be a few screws a nut and an electrical connection

For me personally I would rather use specific suspension tools over a shop press. I can get ball joints and bearings pressed in and out of hubs and LCA’s faster on the car then I can taking it all the way apart and starting that balancing act on the press! I think when it’s time to do my LCA’s...

I haven’t pulled a 4Runner dash but I have pulled several Ford dashes. They are easier then they appear but go slow and don’t force anything. Lots of hidden screws behind vents, appliqués, bezels! I’ve had the CVJ axles on my ride for almost 2 years now and I’ve been super happy with them still on the original red boots they came with.
