If I were you I'd just replace the whole thing instead of just re-booting it. I'm not familiar with the whole aftermarket when it comes to re-boots, but why not just go OEM unless there's a flaw in their (OEM) design.

I really don't mean to bump a very old thread, but when you push the 4WD button do you have to be in motion and if so what MPH? I read my manual, but I didn't come across that info.

I have 176, XXX on mine.

From what I've read the past few months is that its guaranteed the fuel pump. I have the same issue, but it still fires up. Eventually I'll change the pump out.
