Looks Good. I also like the plywood idea, but would cut it so it covers the seat back as well. My bike is usually pretty dirty after riding and it would be nice for all the dirt and mud to fall on the wood instead of fabric.

I was at the dealership recently getting crush washers and asked them the same question. They said that right now they are not having problems but think there will be some shortages. I guess it depends on how much they have stored state side. With how crappy the economy has been I am guessing...

If your light never goes solid then you are not in 4wd. The center differential won't engage if you're not in 4wd first.

Sounds like the Highlander would suit you best. Personally I think the Acadia looks more like a chic car than anything else on the list. The highlander will still do well in the snow. Can you get an '09 certified GX? That would give you a decent warranty period depending on how many miles are...

It won't hurt anything. That being said, I don't because if I really need to be in 4hi then I don't need to be driving that fast. Fastest I've gone is probably 55 on the interstate.

Drive it a little or let it run for a little bit and measure again. I agree that the dip stick is hard to read with fresh oil. Someone on here cut cross threads on their stick with a dremel.

I rotate every oil change (5k miles).

I had them in my Tacoma and they were great. Saved my seats from several spills on the passenger side. My only complaint is that your back sweats a little in the summer time. I'm a pretty small guy, so I'm assuming it was due to the neoprene.

Dealers in my area are asking $30,000 for identical vehicles. They must be getting close to that because the stock is always changing. I'm sure the dealer is making a profit.
